Painful symptoms of the knee can directly relate to poor foot posture and alignment that put load on the tendons, ligaments and joints.

Your Podiatrist will be able to assess if your foot type is contributing to your knee or hip symptoms. Knee pain is commonly encountered in running activities, bike riding and in children.
